Dear MMHS 1978 Classmates,

We have a 35^th reunion planned that I hope everyone will be able to attend on the first weekend in August - Friday night August 2^nd and Saturday night August 3^rd.   Our August 2^nd Friday night get together will be at the Monticello Hotel Lounge and “Fireside room next to the lounge” http://www.themonticello.net/ starting at 7:00pm.  You will be able to order dinner or Hors d'œuvres off the menu.  We will see who the last ones still remaining are at the close.  Friday night at our 30^th reunion there were still about 10 remaining at the close and I think they were all from Robert Gray Elementary.  Our August 3^rd Saturday night event will be at the Rutherglen Mansion http://www.rutherglenmansion.com/ (Tennant Mansion on Mt. Solo) starting time yet to be finalized, but in the 6 or 7pm range for those wishing to order dinner off the Mansion menu.

We had some great suggestions and comments for our 35^th mid-5 yr. reunion, and the most meaningful were those that said, even though it’s a mid-5 yr. reunion they still wanted a two day all weekend event.  It’s true that one night, and really even two nights is still not enough time spent together for most.  Two nights it will be.  More information will follow on our Saturday night Mansion event, but you can mark your calendar - our 35^th Reunion is on!
